BONNIE MOORE
Born and raised in Redmond, Bonnie holds a Business degree from the University of Washington with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, as well as an MBA from Seattle University. After spending 4 years in banking and 11 years in corporate finance, Bonnie seamlessly transitioned into the real estate industry. Her strong analytical skills have been instrumental in helping clients navigate negotiations and develop effective pricing strategies. Known for her client-centric approach, Bonnie takes the time to listen, educate, and guide her clients through every step of the process. This has earned her the trust and loyalty of her clients, particularly first-time home buyers. With a passion for architecture and design, Bonnie has a natural talent for staging and marketing homes to maximize their appeal. Her dedication to client success drives her to go the extra mile, helping them achieve their real estate and investment goals.
HEATHER TORRICO
Heather graduated from Central Washington University with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Finance. After college, she spent 4 years managing bars and restaurants before transitioning to Boeing as a Financial Analyst in cost management. In both roles, she sharpened her skills in forecasting, analytics, and customer service. Heather’s determination to find solutions in even the most complex situations has fueled her success throughout her career. As a real estate agent, she brings that same tenacity and dedication, ensuring her clients are fully satisfied. With her strong financial background, Heather expertly guides her clients through the intricacies of real estate transactions, from buying to selling. Outside of work, Heather is a wife and mother to triplet girls. She also enjoys participating in running events, biathlons, and is currently training for triathlons. Her passion, strength, and focus are evident both in her personal life and in her commitment to her clients, going above and beyond in everything she does.
KELLIAN COLLINS
Kellian Collins passed away in March 2020 after a long battle with cancer. She will always be remembered by her family and friends and will be sorely missed by many.
Kellian, hailed from the East Coast but called the Pacific Northwest home for more than 30 years. Her Economics degree from Gonzaga University served her well in being able to analyze and understand Real Estate trends. In 2007, she co-formed Gold Key Partners with Bonnie Moore in an effort to bring value to their clients. She loved the outdoors - especially hiking and skiing. Kellian had a giving heart and spirit and was involved in nonprofits such as MS Helping Hands, Teen Hope and Ridgeback Rescue. By far her biggest passion was helping people and Kellian went above and beyond for each of her clients. She leaves behind family on the East Coast and close friends who became family to her.
